 利17:1 耶和华对摩西说、
 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
 利17:2 你晓谕亚伦和他儿子并以色列众人、说、耶和华所吩咐的、乃是这样．
 "Speak to Aaron and to his sons and to all the sons of Israel and say to them, 'This is what the Lord has commanded, saying,
 利17:3 凡以色列家中的人、宰公牛、或是绵羊羔、或是山羊、不拘宰於营内营外、
 "Any man from the house of Israel who slaughters an ox or a lamb or a goat in the camp, or who slaughters it outside the camp,
 利17:4 若未曾牵到会幕门口、耶和华的帐幕前、献给耶和华为供物、流血的罪必归到那人身上．他流了血、要从民中剪除。
 and has not brought it to the doorway of the tent of meeting to present it as an offering to the Lord before the tabernacle of the Lord, bloodguiltiness is to be reckoned to that man. He has shed blood and that man shall be cut off from among his people.
 利17:5 这是为要使以色列人、把他们在田野里所献的祭、带到会幕门口、耶和华面前、交给祭司、献与耶和华为平安祭。
 "The reason is so that the sons of Israel may bring their sacrifices which they were sacrificing in the open field, that they may bring them in to the Lord, at the doorway of the tent of meeting to the priest, and sacrifice them as sacrifices of peace offerings to the Lord.
 利17:6 祭司要把血洒在会幕门口耶和华的坛上、把脂油焚烧、献给耶和华为馨香的祭。
 "The priest shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of the Lord at the doorway of the tent of meeting, and offer up the fat in smoke as a soothing aroma to the Lord.
 利17:7 他们不可再献祭给他们行邪淫所随从的鬼魔．〔原文作公山羊〕这要作他们世世代代永远的定例。
 "They shall no longer sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat demons with which they play the harlot. This shall be a permanent statute to them throughout their generations."'
 利17:8 你要晓谕他们说、凡以色列家中的人、或是寄居在他们中间的外人、献燔祭、或是平安祭、
 "Then you shall say to them, 'Any man from the house of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,
 利17:9 若不带到会幕门口献给耶和华、那人必从民中剪除。
 and does not bring it to the doorway of the tent of meeting to offer it to the Lord, that man also shall be cut off from his people.
 利17:10 凡以色列家中的人、或是寄居在他们中间的外人、若吃甚麽血、我必向那吃血的人变脸、把他从民中剪除。
 'And any man from the house of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people.
 利17:11 因为活物的生命是在血中．我把这血赐给你们、可以在坛上为你们的生命赎罪．因血里有生命、所以能赎罪．
 'For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood by reason of the life that makes atonement.'
 利17:12 因此我对以色列人说、你们都不可吃血、寄居在你们中间的外人、也不可吃血。
 "Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, 'No person among you may eat blood, nor may any alien who sojourns among you eat blood.'
 利17:13 凡以色列人、或是寄居在他们中间的外人、若打猎得了可吃的禽兽、必放出他的血来、用土掩盖。
 "So when any man from the sons of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, in hunting catches a beast or a bird which may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with earth.
 利17:14 论到一切活物的生命、就在血中、所以我对以色列人说、无论甚麽活物的血、你们都不可吃、因为一切活物的血、就是他的生命．凡吃了血的、必被剪除。
 "For as for the life of all flesh, its blood is identified with its life. Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, 'You are not to eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood; whoever eats it shall be cut off.'
 利17:15 凡吃自死的、或是被野兽撕裂的、无论是本地人、是寄居的、必不洁净到晚上、都要洗衣服、用水洗身．到了晚上、才为洁净。
 "When any person eats an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, whether he is a native or an alien, he shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and remain unclean until evening; then he will become clean.
 利17:16 但他若不洗衣服、也不洗身、就必担当他的罪孽。
 "But if he does not wash them or bathe his body, then he shall bear his guilt."
