 利25:1 耶和华在西奈山对摩西说、
 The Lord then spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai, saying,
 利25:2 你晓谕以色列人说、你们到了我所赐你们那地的时候、地就要向耶和华守安息。
 "Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, 'When you come into the land which I shall give you, then the land shall have a sabbath to the Lord.
 利25:3 六年要耕种田地、也要修理葡萄园、收藏地的出产。
 'Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its crop,
 利25:4 第七年地要守圣安息、就是向耶和华守的安息、不可耕种田地、也不可修理葡萄园。
 but during the seventh year the land shall have a sabbath rest, a sabbath to the Lord; you shall not sow your field nor prune your vineyard.
 利25:5 遗落自长的庄稼、不可收割、没有修理的葡萄树、也不可摘取葡萄．这年、地要守圣安息。
 'Your harvest's aftergrowth you shall not reap, and your grapes of untrimmed vines you shall not gather; the land shall have a sabbatical year.
 利25:6 地在安息年所出的、要给你和你的仆人、婢女、雇工人、并寄居的外人当食物。
 'All of you shall have the sabbath products of the land for food; yourself, and your male and female slaves, and your hired man and your foreign resident, those who live as aliens with you.
 利25:7 这年的土产也要给你的牲畜和你地上的走兽当食物。
 'Even your cattle and the animals that are in your land shall have all its crops to eat.
 利25:8 你要计算七个安息年、就是七七年．这便为你成了七个安息年、共是四十九年。
 'You are also to count off seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years.
 利25:9 当年七月初十日、你要大发角声、这日就是赎罪日、要在遍地发出角声。
 'You shall then sound a ram's horn abroad on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the day of atonement you shall sound a horn all through your land.
 利25:10 第五十年你们要当作圣年、在遍地给一切的居民宣告自由．这年必为你们的禧年、各人要归自己的产业、各归本家。
 'You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim a release through the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family.
 利25:11 第五十年要作为你们的禧年．这年不可耕种、地中自长的、不可收割．没有修理的葡萄树、也不可摘取葡萄。
 'You shall have the fiftieth year as a jubilee; you shall not sow, nor reap its aftergrowth, nor gather in from its untrimmed vines.
 利25:12 因为这是禧年．你们要当作圣年．吃地中自出的土产。
 'For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You shall eat its crops out of the field.
 利25:13 这禧年、你们各人要归自己的地业。
 'On this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his own property.
 利25:14 你若卖甚麽给邻舍、或是从邻舍的手中买甚麽、彼此不可亏负。
 'If you make a sale, moreover, to your friend or buy from your friend's hand, you shall not wrong one another.
 利25:15 你要按禧年以後的年数、向邻舍买．他也要按年数的收成、卖给你。
 'Corresponding to the number of years after the jubilee, you shall buy from your friend; he is to sell to you according to the number of years of crops.
 利25:16 年岁若多、要照数加添价值．年岁若少、要照数减去价值．因为他照收成的数目卖给你。
 'In proportion to the extent of the years you shall increase its price, and in proportion to the fewness of the years you shall diminish its price, for it is a number of crops he is selling to you.
 利25:17 你们彼此不可亏负、只要敬畏你们的　神、因为我是耶和华你们的　神。
 'So you shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the Lord your God.
 利25:18 我的律例你们要遵行、我的典章你们要谨守、就可以在那地上安然居住。
 'You shall thus observe My statutes and keep My judgments, so as to carry them out, that you may live securely on the land.
 利25:19 地必出土产、你们就要吃饱、在那地上安然居住。
 'Then the land will yield its produce, so that you can eat your fill and live securely on it.
 利25:20 你们若说、这第七年我们不耕种、也不收藏土产、吃甚麽呢．
 'But if you say, "What are we going to eat on the seventh year if we do not sow or gather in our crops?"
 利25:21 我必在第六年、将我所命的福赐给你们、地便生三年的土产。
 then I will so order My blessing for you in the sixth year that it will bring forth the crop for three years.
 利25:22 第八年你们要耕种、也要吃陈粮、等到第九年出产收来的时候、你们还吃陈粮。
 'When you are sowing the eighth year, you can still eat old things from the crop, eating the old until the ninth year when its crop comes in.
 利25:23 地不可永卖、因为地是我的、你们在我面前是客旅、是寄居的。
 'The land, moreover, shall not be sold permanently, for the land is Mine; for you are but aliens and sojourners with Me.
 利25:24 在你们所得为业的全地、也要准人将地赎回。
 'Thus for every piece of your property, you are to provide for the redemption of the land.
 利25:25 你的弟兄。〔弟兄指本国人说下同〕若渐渐穷乏、卖了几分地业、他至近的亲属、就要来把弟兄所卖的赎回。
 'If a fellow countryman of yours becomes so poor he has to sell part of his property, then his nearest kinsman is to come and buy back what his relative has sold.
 利25:26 若没有能给他赎回的、他自己渐渐富足、能彀赎回、
 'Or in case a man has no kinsman, but so recovers his means as to find sufficient for its redemption,
 利25:27 就要算出卖地的年数、把馀剩年数的价值、还那买主、自己便归回自己的地业。
 then he shall calculate the years since its sale and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and so return to his property.
 利25:28 倘若不能为自己得回所卖的、仍要存在买主的手里、直到禧年．到了禧年、地业要出买主的手、自己便归回自己的地业。
 'But if he has not found sufficient means to get it back for himself, then what he has sold shall remain in the hands of its purchaser until the year of jubilee; but at the jubilee it shall revert, that he may return to his property.
 利25:29 人若卖城内的住宅、卖了以後、一年之内可以赎回．在一整年、必有赎回的权柄。
 'Likewise, if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his redemption right remains valid until a full year from its sale; his right of redemption lasts a full year.
 利25:30 若在一整年之内不赎回、这城内的房屋、就定准永归买主世世代代为业．在禧年也不得出买主的手。
 'But if it is not bought back for him within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city passes permanently to its purchaser throughout his generations; it does not revert in the jubilee.
 利25:31 但房屋在无城墙的村庄里、要看如乡下的田地一样、可以赎回．到了禧年、都要出买主的手。
 'The houses of the villages, however, which have no surrounding wall shall be considered as open fields; they have redemption rights and revert in the jubilee.
 利25:32 然而利未人所得为业的城邑、其中的房屋、利未人可以随时赎回。
 'As for cities of the Levites, the Levites have a permanent right of redemption for the houses of the cities which are their possession.
 利25:33 若是一个利未人不将所卖的房屋赎回、是在所得为业的城内、到了禧年、就要出买主的手．因为利未人城邑的房屋、是他们在以色列人中的产业。
 'What, therefore, belongs to the Levites may be redeemed and a house sale in the city of this possession reverts in the jubilee, for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the sons of Israel.
 利25:34 只是他们各城郊野之地、不可卖、因为是他们永远的产业。
 'But pasture fields of their cities shall not be sold, for that is their perpetual possession.
 利25:35 你的弟兄在你那里若渐渐贫穷、手中缺乏、你就要帮补他、使他与你同住、像外人和寄居的一样。
 'Now in case a countryman of yours becomes poor and his means with regard to you falter, then you are to sustain him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you.
 利25:36 不可向他取利、也不可向他多要．只要敬畏你的　神、使你的弟兄与你同住．
 'Do not take usurious interest from him, but revere your God, that your countryman may live with you.
 利25:37 你借钱给他、不可向他取利．借粮给他、也不可向他多要。
 'You shall not give him your silver at interest, nor your food for gain.
 利25:38 我是耶和华你们的　神、曾领你们从埃及地出来、为要把迦南地赐给你们、要作你们的　神。
 'I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God.
 利25:39 你的弟兄若在你那里渐渐穷乏、将自己卖给你、不可叫他像奴仆服事你。
 'If a countryman of yours becomes so poor with regard to you that he sells himself to you, you shall not subject him to a slave's service.
 利25:40 他要在你那里像雇工人、和寄居的一样、要服事你直到禧年。
 'He shall be with you as a hired man, as if he were a sojourner; he shall serve with you until the year of jubilee.
 利25:41 到了禧年、他和他儿女要离开你、一同出去归回本家、到他祖宗的地业那里去．
 'He shall then go out from you, he and his sons with him, and shall go back to his family, that he may return to the property of his forefathers.
 利25:42 因为他们是我的仆人、是我从埃及地领出来的、不可卖为奴仆．
 'For they are My servants whom I brought out from the land of Egypt; they are not to be sold in a slave sale.
 利25:43 不可严严地辖管他．只要敬畏你的　神。
 'You shall not rule over him with severity, but are to revere your God.
 利25:44 至於你的奴仆、婢女、可以从你四围的国中买。
 'As for your male and female slaves whom you may have you may acquire male and female slaves from the pagan nations that are around you.
 利25:45 并且那寄居在你们中间的外人、和他们的家属、在你们地上所生的、你们也可以从其中买人、他们要作你们的产业。
 'Then, too, it is out of the sons of the sojourners who live as aliens among you that you may gain acquisition, and out of their families who are with you, whom they will have produced in your land; they also may become your possession.
 利25:46 你们要将他们遗留给你们的子孙为产业．要永远从他们中间拣出奴仆．只是你们的弟兄以色列人、你们不可严严的辖管。
 'You may even bequeath them to your sons after you, to receive as a possession; you can use them as permanent slaves. But in respect to your countrymen, the sons of Israel, you shall not rule with severity over one another.
 利25:47 住在你那里的外人、或是寄居的、若渐渐富足、你的弟兄却渐渐穷乏、将自己卖给那外人、或是寄居的、或是外人的宗族、
 'Now if the means of a stranger or of a sojourner with you becomes sufficient, and a countryman of yours becomes so poor with regard to him as to sell himself to a stranger who is sojourning with you, or to the descendants of a stranger's family,
 利25:48 卖了以後、可以将他赎回．无论是他的弟兄、
 then he shall have redemption right after he has been sold. One of his brothers may redeem him,
 利25:49 或伯叔、伯叔的儿子、本家的近支、都可以赎他．他自己若渐渐富足、也可以自赎。
 or his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or one of his blood relatives from his family may redeem him; or if he prospers, he may redeem himself.
 利25:50 他要和买主计算、从卖自己的那年起、算到禧年．所卖的价值照著年数多少、好像工人每年的工价。
 'He then with his purchaser shall calculate from the year when he sold himself to him up to the year of jubilee; and the price of his sale shall correspond to the number of years. It is like the days of a hired man that he shall be with him.
 利25:51 若缺少的年数多、就要按著年数、从买价中偿还他的赎价。
 'If there are still many years, he shall refund part of his purchase price in proportion to them for his own redemption;
 利25:52 若到禧年只缺少几年、就要按著年数、和买主计算、偿还他的赎价。
 and if few years remain until the year of jubilee, he shall so calculate with him. In proportion to his years he is to refund the amount for his redemption.
 利25:53 他和买主同住、要像每年雇的工人、买主不可严严的辖管他。
 'Like a man hired year by year he shall be with him; he shall not rule over him with severity in your sight.
 利25:54 他若不这样被赎、到了禧年、要和他的儿女一同出去．
 'Even if he is not redeemed by these means, he shall still go out in the year of jubilee, he and his sons with him.
 利25:55 因为以色列人都是我的仆人、是我从埃及地领出来的．我是耶和华你们的　神。
 'For the sons of Israel are My servants; they are My servants whom I brought out from the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.
