 徒9:1 扫罗仍然向主的门徒、口吐威吓凶杀的话、去见大祭司、
 Now Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest,
 徒9:2 求文书给大马色的各会堂、若是找著信奉这道的人、无论男女、都准他捆绑带到耶路撒冷。
 and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, both men and women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
 徒9:3 扫罗行路、将到大马色、忽然从天上发光、四面照著他．
 As he was traveling, it happened that he was approaching Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him;
 徒9:4 他就仆倒在地、听见有声音对他说、扫罗、扫罗、你为甚麽逼迫我。
 and he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?"
 徒9:5 他说、主阿、你是谁。主说、我就是你所逼迫的耶稣．
 And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" And He said, "I am Jesus whom you are persecuting,
 徒9:6 起来、进城去、你所当作的事、必有人告诉你。
 but get up and enter the city, and it will be told you what you must do."
 徒9:7 同行的人、站在那里、说不出话来、听见声音、却看不见人。
 The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one.
 徒9:8 扫罗从地上起来、睁开眼睛、竟不能看见甚麽．有人拉他的手、领他进了大马色．
 Saul got up from the ground, and though his eyes were open, he could see nothing; and leading him by the hand, they brought him into Damascus.
 徒9:9 三日不能看见、也不吃、也不喝。
 And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.
 徒9:10 当下在大马色、有一个门徒、名叫亚拿尼亚．主在异象中对他说、亚拿尼亚．他说、主、我在这里。
 Now there was a disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and the Lord said to him in a vision, "Ananias." And he said, "Here I am, Lord."
 徒9:11 主对他说、起来、往直街去、在犹大的家里、访问一个大数人名叫扫罗．他正祷告．
 And the Lord said to him, "Get up and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying,
 徒9:12 又看见了一个人、名叫亚拿尼亚、进来按手在他身上、叫他能看见。
 and he has seen in a vision a man named Ananias come in and lay his hands on him, so that he might regain his sight."
 徒9:13 亚拿尼亚回答说、主阿、我听见许多人说、这人怎样在耶路撒冷多多苦害你的圣徒．
 But Ananias answered, "Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he did to Your saints at Jerusalem;
 徒9:14 并且他在这里有从祭司长得来的权柄捆绑一切求告你名的人。
 and here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name."
 徒9:15 主对亚拿尼亚说、你只管去．他是我所拣选的器皿、要在外邦人和君王并以色列人面前、宣扬我的名。
 But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen instrument of Mine, to bear My name before the Gentiles and kings and the sons of Israel;
 徒9:16 我也要指示他、为我的名必须受许多的苦难。
 for I will show him how much he must suffer for My name's sake."
 徒9:17 亚拿尼亚就去了、进入那家、把手按在扫罗身上说、兄弟扫罗、在你来的路上、向你显现的主、就是耶稣、打发我来、叫你能看见、又被圣灵充满。
 So Ananias departed and entered the house, and after laying his hands on him said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
 徒9:18 扫罗的眼睛上、好像有鳞立刻掉下来、他就能看见、於是起来受了洗．
 And immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he regained his sight, and he got up and was baptized;
 徒9:19 吃过饭就健壮了。扫罗和大马色的门徒同住了些日子．
 and he took food and was strengthened. Now for several days he was with the disciples who were at Damascus,
 徒9:20 就在各会堂里宣传耶稣、说他是　神的儿子。
 and immediately he began to proclaim Jesus in the synagogues, saying, "He is the Son of God."
 徒9:21 凡听见的人、都惊奇说、在耶路撒冷残害求告这名的、不是这人麽．并且他到这里来、特要捆绑他们带到祭司长那里。
 All those hearing him continued to be amazed, and were saying, "Is this not he who in Jerusalem destroyed those who called on this name, and who had come here for the purpose of bringing them bound before the chief priests?"
 徒9:22 但扫罗越发有能力、驳倒住大马色的犹太人、证明耶稣是基督。
 But Saul kept increasing in strength and confounding the Jews who lived at Damascus by proving that this Jesus is the Christ.
 徒9:23 过了好些日子、犹太人商议要杀扫罗。
 When many days had elapsed, the Jews plotted together to do away with him,
 徒9:24 但他们的计谋、被扫罗知道了。他们又昼夜在城门守候要杀他．
 but their plot became known to Saul. They were also watching the gates day and night so that they might put him to death;
 徒9:25 他的门徒就在夜间、用筐子把他从城墙上缒下去。
 but his disciples took him by night and let him down through an opening in the wall, lowering him in a large basket.
 徒9:26 扫罗到了耶路撒冷、想与门徒结交．他们却都怕他、不信他是门徒。
 When he came to Jerusalem, he was trying to associate with the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.
 徒9:27 惟有巴拿巴接待他、领去见使徒、把他在路上怎麽看见主、主怎麽向他说话、他在大马色、怎麽奉耶稣的名放胆传道、都述说出来。
 But Barnabas took hold of him and brought him to the apostles and described to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, and that He had talked to him, and how at Damascus he had spoken out boldly in the name of Jesus.
 徒9:28 於是扫罗在耶路撒冷、和门徒出入来往、
 And he was with them, moving about freely in Jerusalem, speaking out boldly in the name of the Lord.
 徒9:29 奉主的名、放胆传道．并与说希利尼话的犹太人、讲论辩驳．他们却想法子要杀他。
 And he was talking and arguing with the Hellenistic Jews but they were attempting to put him to death.
 徒9:30 弟兄们知道了就送他下该撒利亚、打发他往大数去。
 But when the brethren learned of it they brought him down to Caesarea and sent him away to Tarsus.
 徒9:31 那时犹太、加利利、撒玛利亚、各处的教会都得平安、被建立．凡事敬畏主、蒙圣灵的安慰、人数就增多了。
 So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria enjoyed peace, being built up; and going on in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it continued to increase.
 徒9:32 彼得周流四方的时候、也到了居住吕大的圣徒那里。
 Now as Peter was traveling through all those regions, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda.
 徒9:33 遇见一个人、名叫以尼雅、得了瘫痪、在褥子上躺卧八年。
 There he found a man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden eight years, for he was paralyzed.
 徒9:34 彼得对他说、以尼雅、耶稣基督医好你了．起来、收拾你的褥子．他就立刻起来了。
 Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you; get up and make your bed." Immediately he got up.
 徒9:35 凡住吕大和沙仑的人、都看见了他、就归服主。
 And all who lived at Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.
 徒9:36 在约帕有一个女徒、名叫大比大、翻希利尼话、就是多加．〔多加就是羚羊的意思〕他广行善事、多施周济。
 Now in Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (which translated in Greek is called Dorcas); this woman was abounding with deeds of kindness and charity which she continually did.
 徒9:37 当时、他患病而死．有人把他洗了、停在楼上。
 And it happened at that time that she fell sick and died; and when they had washed her body, they laid it in an upper room.
 徒9:38 吕大原与约帕相近．门徒听见彼得在那里、就打发两个人去见他、央求他说、快到我们那里去、不要耽延。
 Since Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, having heard that Peter was there, sent two men to him, imploring him, "Do not delay in coming to us."
 徒9:39 彼得就起身和他们同去．到了、便有人领他上楼．众寡妇都站在彼得旁边哭、拿多加与他们同在时、所做的里衣外衣给他看。
 So Peter arose and went with them. When he arrived, they brought him into the upper room; and all the widows stood beside him, weeping and showing all the tunics and garments that Dorcas used to make while she was with them.
 徒9:40 彼得叫他们都出去、就跪下祷告、转身对著死人说、大比大、起来、他就睁开眼睛、见了彼得、便坐起来。
 But Peter sent them all out and knelt down and prayed, and turning to the body, he said, "Tabitha, arise." And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
 徒9:41 彼得伸手扶他起来、叫众圣徒和寡妇进去、把多加活活的交给他们。
 And he gave her his hand and raised her up; and calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.
 徒9:42 这事传遍了约帕、就有许多人信了主。
 It became known all over Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.
 徒9:43 此後彼得在约帕一个硝皮匠西门的家里、住了多日。
 And Peter stayed many days in Joppa with a tanner named Simon.
