 申23:1 凡外肾受伤的、或被阉割的、不可入耶和华的会。
 "No one who is emasculated or has his male organ cut off shall enter the assembly of the Lord.
 申23:2 私生子不可入耶和华的会、他的子孙直到十代、也不可入耶和华的会。
 "No one of illegitimate birth shall enter the assembly of the Lord; none of his descendants, even to the tenth generation, shall enter the assembly of the Lord.
 申23:3 亚扪人、或是摩押人、不可入耶和华的会．他们的子孙虽过十代、也永不可入耶和华的会。
 "No Ammonite or Moabite shall enter the assembly of the Lord; none of their descendants, even to the tenth generation, shall ever enter the assembly of the Lord,
 申23:4 因为你们出埃及的时候、他们没有拿食物和水、在路上迎接你们、又因他们雇了米所波大米的毗夺人比珥的儿子巴兰、来咒诅你们。
 because they did not meet you with food and water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
 申23:5 然而耶和华你的　神不肯听从巴兰、却使那咒诅的言语变为祝福的话、因为耶和华你的　神爱你。
 "Nevertheless, the Lord your God was not willing to listen to Balaam, but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you because the Lord your God loves you.
 申23:6 你一生一世永不可求他们的平安、和他们的利益。
 "You shall never seek their peace or their prosperity all your days.
 申23:7 不可憎恶以东人、因为他是你的弟兄．不可憎恶埃及人、因为你在他的地上作过寄居的。
 "You shall not detest an Edomite, for he is your brother; you shall not detest an Egyptian, because you were an alien in his land.
 申23:8 他们第三代子孙可以入耶和华的会。
 "The sons of the third generation who are born to them may enter the assembly of the Lord.
 申23:9 你出兵攻打仇敌、就要远避诸恶。
 "When you go out as an army against your enemies, you shall keep yourself from every evil thing.
 申23:10 你们中间若有人、夜间偶然梦遗不洁净、就要出到营外、不可入营。
 "If there is among you any man who is unclean because of a nocturnal emission, then he must go outside the camp; he may not reenter the camp.
 申23:11 到傍晚的时候、他要用水洗澡、及至日落了才可以入营。
 "But it shall be when evening approaches, he shall bathe himself with water, and at sundown he may reenter the camp.
 申23:12 你在营外也该定出一个地方作为便所。
 "You shall also have a place outside the camp and go out there,
 申23:13 在你器械之中当豫备一把锹、你出营外便溺以後、用以铲土、转身掩盖。
 and you shall have a spade among your tools, and it shall be when you sit down outside, you shall dig with it and shall turn to cover up your excrement.
 申23:14 因为耶和华你的　神常在你营中行走、要救护你、将仇敌交给你、所以你的营理当圣洁、免得他见你那里有污秽、就离开你。
 "Since the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to defeat your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you or He will turn away from you.
 申23:15 若有奴仆脱了主人的手、逃到你那里、你不可将他交付他的主人。
 "You shall not hand over to his master a slave who has escaped from his master to you.
 申23:16 他必在你那里与你同住、在你的城邑中、要由他选择一个所喜悦的地方居住．你不可欺负他。
 "He shall live with you in your midst, in the place which he shall choose in one of your towns where it pleases him; you shall not mistreat him.
 申23:17 以色列的女子中不可有妓女、以色列的男子中不可有娈童。
 "None of the daughters of Israel shall be a cult prostitute, nor shall any of the sons of Israel be a cult prostitute.
 申23:18 娼妓所得的钱、或娈童〔原文作狗〕所得的价、你不可带入耶和华你　神的殿还愿．因为这两样都是耶和华你　神所憎恶的。
 "You shall not bring the hire of a harlot or the wages of a dog into the house of the Lord your God for any votive offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.
 申23:19 你借给你弟兄的、或是钱财、或是粮食、无论甚麽可生利的物、都不可取利。
 "You shall not charge interest to your countrymen: interest on money, food, or anything that may be loaned at interest.
 申23:20 借给外邦人可以取利、只是借给你弟兄不可取利．这样、耶和华你　神必在你所去得为业的地上、和你手里所办的一切事上、赐福与你。
 "You may charge interest to a foreigner, but to your countrymen you shall not charge interest, so that the Lord your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land which you are about to enter to possess.
 申23:21 你向耶和华你的　神许愿、偿还不可迟延、因为耶和华你的　神必定向你追讨、你不偿还就有罪。
 "When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay to pay it, for it would be sin in you, and the Lord your God will surely require it of you.
 申23:22 你若不许愿、倒无罪。
 "However, if you refrain from vowing, it would not be sin in you.
 申23:23 你嘴里所出的、就是你口中应许、甘心所献的、要照你向耶和华你　神所许的愿谨守遵行。
 "You shall be careful to perform what goes out from your lips, just as you have voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God, what you have promised.
 申23:24 你进了邻舍的葡萄园、可以随意吃饱了葡萄、只是不可装在器皿中。
 "When you enter your neighbor's vineyard, then you may eat grapes until you are fully satisfied, but you shall not put any in your basket.
 申23:25 你进了邻舍站著的禾稼、可以用手摘穗子、只是不可用镰刀割取禾稼。
 "When you enter your neighbor's standing grain, then you may pluck the heads with your hand, but you shall not wield a sickle in your neighbor's standing grain.
